90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try your Rysen for 90 days from the day it's delivered. If you're not happy with it for any reason, we'll refund your purchase. Sale and bundle items are included.

How to start a return
Email support@rysenbody.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions and a return shipping label. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match your return to your order.

What to send back
Return the product with its included accessories (charging cable, charger). Normal use is fine. That's what the trial is for. Any free gift that came with your order is yours to keep.

Return shipping
US orders: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. International orders: return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If you return one item from a bundle, we refund the amount you paid for that item.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us right away with your order number and a photo. Every Rysen product is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects, and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Return your item and place a new order for what you'd like instead.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the EU, you may also cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
